9 almonds
Lunch:
chicken Salad
3 oz chicken
9 grams sunflower seeds
2 cups mixed greens
1/4 cup broccoli
4 cheery tomatoes
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dinner:
I actually had the same thing I did for lunch :)
Snack:
1/2 cup grapes
1 oz low fat cheese
3 almonds
