Breakfast:
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
9 almonds
1/2 cup grapes
1 apple
Lunch:
3 block Paleo Kit
Dinner: Cheat
Pei Wei
Ginger chicken and snow peas- you can ask them to "velvet" cook it, which is where they stir fry it in low fat vegetable oil instead of fry it.- but then I did something stupid and I ate some of the brown rice- I felt awful.
This school stuff is messing up my blocks and I keep making dumb food choices...
