Monday:
One egg over easy
1 oz low fat cheese
3 strips turkey bacon
1/4 glass fresh squeezed orange juice
1 apple
7 cashews
Snack 1
5 cashews
2 oz low fat cheese
2 tbs crasins
Snack 2
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 oz tuna
2 tbs miracle whip
1 tsp mustard

Dinner: Salad
3 oz chicken breast
1 oz low fat cheese
3 cups mixed greens
1 cup bell pepper
12 almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Balsamic vinegar for dressing.
