Day #52

This is getting harder...more get togethers, busier, lazier. Yesterday on my rest day was my Grandma's birthday and I do not feel well today!

Breakfast:
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup blue berries
3 strips turkey bacon
1 tbs slivered almonds

Snack:
1 balance bar

Lunch:
3 oz ground beef seasoned with taco spices
1 oz cheese
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup salsa
18 peanuts

Dinner:
3 oz chicken
2 cups green beans
1 tbs slivered almonds
2 cups spaghetti squash
