Breakfast:
zone bar- 2 block
Lunch: 3- blocks
3 oz fajita meat
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup pico
1/2 cup black beans
2 tbs shredded cheese
3 tbs quac
Dinner: 4 blocks
4 oz brisket
2 cups fried okra
1/2 cup green beens
2 tbs bbq sauce
I didn't get in all my blocks today...sometimes its hard. I was studying and forgot to eat a snack and then it was dinner time and then bedtime...opps
