Tuna Sandwich
3 oz solid white tuna in water drained
2 tbs light mayo
1 dill pickle diced
1 piece wheat bread toasted
2 leafs lettuce
1 slice tomato
1/2 apple
1/4 cup grapes
Snack:
1/2 cup grapes
3 almonds
1 oz low fat cheese.
Dinner: NOT ZONE
A friend had a friend who just finished culinary school in Pairs put on a dinner party-not zone but who could pass up this!
Scallops paired with a glass of white wine and eggplant crustine to start
3 is oz pork tenderloin
Rizzoto
5 pieces asparagus
paired with a glass of pinot noir
