Day #44

Breakfast-3 blocks
Chocolate zone protein shake

Lunch: 3 blocks
3 oz chicken breast
18 peanuts
1/2 cup grapes
1 apple

Snack: 1 block
1 oz cheese
3 almonds
1/2 cup grapes

Dinner: Iron Starr...yum!-4 blocks
4 oz brisket
2 tsp bbq sauce
house salad
green beans, with 4 slices red bell pepper and onions
