4 oz cranberry juice
1/2 cup grapes
Snack:
Balance Bar- 2 blocks
Snack #2:-2 blocks
2 cups Spinach
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz cheese
1 tbs salad dressing
1/4 cup cranberries
Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast
12 asparagus spears
1/2 cup mashed potato
cooked in olive oil
Snack:
3 almonds
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cubed pinapple
