Breakfast:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mandarin orange
3 macadamia nuts
Snack: not a good snack
1 oz cheese
1 dark chocolate dove piece
1/2 cup cake
Lunch
3 oz fajita steak
2 corn tortillas
3 tbs guac
1/2 cup salsa
Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast
12 asparagus spears
1/2 cup mashed potato
cooked in olive oil
-tried to take a pic but need to find new batteries :)
Snack:
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 oz cheese
3 almonds

looks like a good snack to me. they can't all be perfect or you couldn't maintain it as a lifestyle.
