Breakfast
Zone Shake

Lunch:
3oz Tuna
3 tsp dijon mustard
1 slice wheat bread
1 apple
9 almonds

Snack:
Balance Bar

Dinner:
3oz chicken breast
medium side salad
9 grams sunflower seeds
Balsamic vinaigrette.

  1. If you like bell peppers, they work as an excellent vessel for things like tuna or chicken salads. It will stick with you longer than that wheat bread...
