Old-fashioned Oatmeal
2/3 cup slow cooking oatmeal (steel cut)
with 1/4 cup skim milk and cinnamon
3 strips turkey bacon
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
9 almonds
Lunch:
Zone Protein Shake
3 tbs Chocolate Zone protein Powder
8 oz 2% milk
Dinner:
Saturn Grill
Skinny Chick and side Salad
3 oz chicken breast
Fresh Strawberry and spinach salad.
1/4 bread stick ;(...i couldn't help it!
Snack:
1 corn tortilla
1 oz low fat cheese
6 peanuts
1/2 apple
1/2 tbs peanut butter
1 1/2 oz deli turkey
