Day #26

Breakfast:
2/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup reduced sugar pineapple
1/3 cup low sugar mandarin oranges
3 macadamia nuts

Lunch:
Easy Lunch
3 oz turkey deli meat
1 oz low fat cheese
1 apple
1/2 cup grapes
9 almonds

Dinner:
3 oz ground turkey
1 oz low fat cheese
1 tsp ketchup
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 orange
18 peanuts

Snack:
1 zone bar (2 blocks)
