Breakfast:
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 oz mozzarella cheese
1 orange
1/2 cup grapes
9 almonds
Lunch:
Thai Chicken Salad
Mixed greens, 3 oz chicken, carrots, peanut sauce
Dinner:
Cheat- Iguana
Fish Tacos, grilled veggies, corn chips with salsa
Cheese Cake
Okay- So I am back posting and realizing that I am not doing well here and maybe eating better would help me not feel so tired and stressed during these last few weeks
