Smoothie
1 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1 ring of pineapple (about 1/3 cup chopped up)
Blend all together-yummy!
3 strips turkey bacon
7 cashews
Lunch:
3 block paleo kit
Snack:
1/4 cup natural apple sauce
1 oz low fat cheddar cheese
3 almonds
Dinner:
3 oz steak
2 cups mixed greens, 1/2 cup tomatoes
1 cup broccoli
2 tsp raspberry vinigrette
5 cashews
Snack:
1 oz cheese
1 apple
3 almonds
