1/2 cup egg substitute
1 oz low fat cheese
9 almonds
1/2 cup grapes
1 orange
Lunch:
3 oz roast
1 cup carrots
1 square GF dark chocolate
7 cashews
Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast
12 asparagus spears cooked in olive oil
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
Shared some fried okra about 1/4 cup
Snack/desert:
Homemade Chocolate shake from the Jurrens home :)
about 1/2 cup whole milk with 1/2 cup ice cream and chocolate syrup...yummy!
