Breakfast-out the door cause I woke up late...I do that alot
1 oz cheese
1/2 cup grapes
4 cashews
Lunch:
Omelet-1/2 cup egg substitute, spinach, 1 oz cheese
1 orange
1 kiwi
Avocado-about 3 tbs
Dinner:
Pesto Flank Steak Rollups- recipe here- awesome, but had a bit of trouble cooking them
Mixed salad- cheery tomatoes, and a bit of cheddar cheese
2 cups cauliflower and carrots steamed
1/4 cup ice cream (opps how did that get there :))
