Breakfast:
2 egg scramble with 1/2 oz cheese and 1 slice turkey bacon
9 almonds
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 orange
Snack 1:
2 tbs raisins
6 almonds
2 oz low fat cheese
Snack/Lunch (Santa Fe chicken salad from sonic-throw away the onion rings immediately!!!)
2 oz chicken Breast
mixed salad with carrots and 1/4 black beans and corn on it
vinaigrette dressing
Dinner:
3 oz ground turkey meat with 1 oz low fat cheese and salsa
1 cup spaghetti squash
2 cups green beans
1/4 cup of pistachios (realized later this was a little to many)
Snack:
1/4 cup yogurt
3 cashews
1 tbs crasins
