Day #49

Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled
3 strips turkey bacon
3 macadamia nuts
1 cup Mango

Snack 1:
1 balance bar

Snack 2:
1 oz cheese
3 almonds
1/2 orange

Snack 3:
1 oz deli turkey meat
6 peanuts
1/2 orange

Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast
2 cups spaghetti squash
Broccoli/ Cauliflower
3 tsp olive oil

Snack:
3 almonds
1 oz cheese
