Lunch:
3 oz turkey deli meat sliced
1 oz low fat cheese
2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup sweet potato fries (cup up sweet potato, sprinkle with olive oil (about 1 tsp and 1/4 tsp kosher salt) bake at 425 F for 20 min
Dinner:
3 oz chicken breast
3 cups salad ( 1/3 cup shredded carrots, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 broccoli pieces)
Balsamic Viniager
7 grams sunflower seeds
Snack:
1/2 apple
1 oz low fat cheese
6 peanuts
