Day # 30

Breakfast:
1/2 cup egg substitute scrambled
3 slices turkey bacon
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp homemade Jam :)


Lunch:
Tuna Salad
3 oz canned tuna
3 tsp light mayo/mustard
1 dill pickle
3 lettuce leaves
1 small pear
1/2 cup grapes

Dinner
3 oz chicken beast
1 1/2 cups spaghetti squash
1 cup mariner sauce
1 apple
9 almonds

Snack:
1/2 orange
1 oz cheese
6 peanuts

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pineapple
3 macadamia nuts
