Day #20

Breakfast:
Fruit and Yogurt:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 tbs slivered almonds
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 turkey bacon strips

Lunch:
Saturn Grill
Skinny Chick and side Salad
3 oz chicken breast
mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, goat cheese, kalamata olives, red onion balsamic vinaigrette
½ apple

Quesadilla
1 corn tortilla
3 oz cheese (mild cheddar)
Salsa and jalapeƱos to taste
1 orange
9 almonds

Snack:
1 zone bar
