Breakfast:
Old-fashioned Oatmeal
2/3 cup slow cooking oatmeal (steel cut)
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbs almonds, slivered
sprinkling nutmeg and cinnamon
6 turkey bacon strips
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
cook oatmeal as directed, add in applesauce, almonds and spices. Eat turkey bacon and cottage cheese on the side.
Lunch:
Deli Sandwich
1 slice bread
3 oz deli cut ham
1 oz low fat cheese
3 tsp light mayo
1/2 apple
Dinner:
I work 3-11 tonight so I made extra shrimp scampi the other night. I will be finishing that off.:)
Snacks:
1 oz cheese
1/2 apple
1 macadamia nut
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pineapple
6 peanuts
