Day #15

Breakfast:
Fruit and Yogurt:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 tbs slivered almonds
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 turkey bacon strips

Lunch:
Quesadilla
1 corn tortilla
3 oz cheese (mild cheddar)
Salsa and jalapeƱos to taste
1 orange
9 almonds


Dinner:
Iron Star Grill: I don't think I picked the best option :(
1/2 salmon salad
3 1/2 oz salmon
2 cups lettuce
1 oz cheese
1/4 cup black eyed peas
2 onion rings
1/2 tomato
Dressing (1 tbs)
3 pieces of fried okra


Snacks:
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce with sprinkle of cinnamon
1 oz cheese
6 peanuts

½ zone bar

  1. Well-I didn't do so well today. I made it until 4 when class was over and all the girls wanted to go for margaritas...Have I told you how much I love margaritas-with all their salty carbs?! I even made it through everyone (but me) getting city bites-since I brought my lunch, but crashed at the margarita. I also ate like 7 tortilla chips with salsa.

    Will post dinner above. Dank 1 diet coke today and all my water and 2 coffes.

  2. any suggestions on how I can have a margarita and still be in the "zone"...like a lower carb version or something?
