Breakfast:
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup low sugar drained canned mandarin oranges
1 cup low sugar drained canned pineapple
3 macadamia nuts
Lunch:
Tuna Salad
3 ounces albacore tuna
1/4 cup celery
1 tbs olive oil and vinegar dressing
1 or 2 lettuce leaves
1 pear
1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Dinner:
1 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup spaghetti squash
3/4 cup onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
4 1/2 ounces shrimp (shelled)
1/4 cup dry white wine
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 lemon wedges
Heat oil in large non stick pan, saute garlic and onion for about 10 min or until tender. Add shrimp, white wine, lemon juice and low heat to medium and cook 5 min, stirring until shrimp are pink. Heat up precooked spaghetti squash and serve with shrimp.
Small side salad: 1 cup lettuce with 1 cup tomatoes, balsamic vinegar
Dessert:
1 Baked apple Apple (cut in slices, put in dish with water, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg cook at 400 for 15 min.

dinner was great! felt a lot better today. Drank two coffees and two coke zeros still :(...did drink all my water plus some though.
