Day #38

Breakfast:
3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 cup pineapple
1/3 cup mandarin oranges
3 macadamia nuts

Lunch:
4 oz turkey
3 tbs avocado
2 cups broccoli
1 orange

Snack:
1/2 cup grapes
3 almonds
1 oz cheese

Dinner: we are going out early for Valentines dinner so I am not sure yet. I feel like steak though so maybe that and a veggie :) I am gonna save my "snack" blocks so I can do a four block dinner :)

  1. Hi Christi, this blog is cool. Real inspiring that you keep track of every meal. I can't even remember what I had for lunch. Nat says these foods sound more appetizing than the "fat flush diet". :) Keep up the good work!!! Real proud of you two. My first WOD was cindy and I'm beat. -Mike
