Day #4

Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs and Bacon
vegetable spray (optional)
1/2 cup egg substitute or 4 egg whites
1tsp olive oil
1 tbs low-fat milk (optional)
Beat egg, olive oil, and milk together until scrambled (med-high heat)

3 turkey bacon strips (cook as package directed)
1 cup grapes
1/3 cup mandarin oranges

Lunch:
(Quick Lunch)
3 oz deli turkey meat
1 apple
1/2 orange
9 almonds

Dinner:
Cheeseburger
3 oz lean ground meet (beef)
1 oz reduced fat cheese
1 tbs light mayonnaise
1/2 hamburger roll
1 thick tomato slice
1 large lettuce leaf
1 dill pickle wedge

2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce with sprinkle of cinnamon

Snacks:
1/2 zone bar

1/2 orange
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 macadamia nut

  1. Today has been a really good day! Ate perfect! Loved the cheeseburger! Had great work out at crossfit and am starting to feel more energy overall!
