Day #16

Today I did not have a "plan" due to the day moving too quickly.
so here is what I ate
Breakfast:
1/2 of a fruit smoothie
Fruit Smoothie
20 grams protein power
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
3 macadamia nuts
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Add a little water if needed. Can eat nuts on the side if you prefer.

Lunch:
Tuna Sandwich
3 oz canned tuna
3tsp light mayo/mustard
1 dill pickle
1 slice of bread
1 small pear



Dinner:
5 oz No Name Hamburger from Urmas
1/4 of a hamburger bun half
1 lettuce leave
2 tomato slices
2 pickle slices
1 slice of white onion
2 tsp ketchup/Mustard
3 pieces of fried okra

didn't really eat a snack today

  1. I did have two bites of carrot cake at Cuppies and Joe, where I enjoyed a Non-fat (NF) Latte.
    1 diet coke and still working on that water. This week I only lost about an inch, which is not so fun to me, but I also wasn't very good with my eating and staying in the zone. I felt yucky when I didn't eat well, and started school for the semester again....lets try better next week
