Day #11

Breakfast:
Fruit Smoothie
20 grams protein power
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
3 macadamia nuts
4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Add a little water if needed. Can eat nuts on the side if you prefer.

Lunch:
(Quick Lunch)
3 oz deli turkey meat
1/2 apple
1 orange
9 almonds

Snack:
1/2 apple
1/2 tsp peanut butter
1 oz cheese.

1/2 zone bar

Dinner:
Chipotle Salad
2 cups lettuce (I think it was just green leaf/romaine)
1/2 cup black beans
2 oz. fajita beef
1/4 cup pico
1 oz cheese
3 tbs guac
(measurements are just by eye not exact)

  1. was a bit hungry all day-probably due to rest day and too many carbs this weekend. Drank lots of water and chewed gum. Had two diet cokes, and two coffees. Felt good though and had energy to make it through the first day of semester, WOD, and cleaning (deep cleaning) house.
